There are 3 stages to the 2009 EWGA Championship:
- One 18-hole qualifying event at the local Chapter level
- One 18-hole Distric Semi-Final Championship held at 15 venues across the United States
- 2009 Championship Finals: A two-day 36 hole event September 25 and 26, 2009 location The PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, FL
The Championship, by design, offers two different competitive formats: Stroke Play and Inter-Chapter Team Scramble Competition. You select the competitive format that best fits your game, personality and skill level. To read more, visit www.ewga.com.

Announcing…The 2009 Pittsburgh Chapter Championship
Join us for the 2009 Pittsburgh Chapter Championship, where EWGA members of all skill levels have the opportunity to compete against other members who share the same playing ability. Whether you are a seasoned golfer, or new to the game, the EWGA Pittsburgh Chapter Championship provides a venue to experience competitive golf among friends and in the spirit of fun.
*** You must have recorded at least 2 18-hole rounds (or the equivalent thereof), during the 2009 calendar year, to compete in this event.
A Cranberry “Highland Buffet” dinner afterward will be provided by EWGA Pittsburgh immediately following golf!
If competing is not for you, social golfers are welcome too! Come join in the fun!
Cost for social play is $75.00.
